BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine., P* f& `& p- u" Q

* T. P1 r: }1 P: y1 cuser mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

did lots of setting but still not boost up the speed yet..

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting
