PORSCHE 944 (1981 - 1990)
Manufactured for approximately 9 years, the Porsche 944 was one of the most popular entry-models ever made by the German manufacturer. Successor of Porsche 924 and predecessor of Porsche 968, the 944 was assembled in Stuttgart, Germany and was available in two body styles, a 2-door coupe and a 2-door convertible. The 944 came with a choice of two engines, a 2.5- and a 2.7-liter, producing 165 horsepower, combined with two transmission configurations, a 3-speed automatic and a 5-speed manual. |
