The original Lamborghini Islero had a 3929cc V12 engine producing 325bhp and could do 0-60mph (0-97kph) in 6.4 seconds. For the S version, released in 1969, Lamborghini upped the bhp to 350. Lamborghini JaramaLamborghini made the Jarama with a shorter chassis to meet U.S. standards. The Jarama's chassis was shortened only by 10.7 inches. The Jarama was now built on a shortened version of the same platform as the Espada. Even though the Jarama was heavier than the Islero, it had the same top speed. Two different models were made, the original GT (1970–1973) model having 350 bhp (260 kW) V12, and the GTS (also known as Jarama S) (1973–1976) with its output upped to 365 bhp (272 kW). Also, with the GTS there were a few minor body modifications and power assisted steering, removable roof panels, and an automatic transmission became available as options. A total of 328 Jaramas were built.

Lamborghini Silhouette P300
The Lamborghini Silhouette P300 was a two-door two-seat mid-engined rear-wheel drive sports car, made in small numbers by Lamborghini between 1976 and 1979. Officially presented at the 1976 Geneva Auto Show, the Silhouette began as a styling exercise by noted Italian Carrozzeria Bertone. It was based on the earlier Lamborghini Urraco, but was distinguished from the Urraco by more angular styling. The Silhouette was the first Lamborghini to employ a targa top roof. The Silhouette later evolved into the similar looking but more successful Lamborghini Jalpa. The car had a 3.0 litre all-aluminium alloy Lamborghini V8 internal-combustion engine mounted transversely behind the driver. Of the 54 units built (only 12 with right-hand drive), 31 are currently known to exist.
Official performance figures indicate the Silhouette could complete the 0 to 100 kilometres per hour (0 to 62.1 mph) sprint in 6.5 seconds, 0 to 100 miles per hour (0 to 161 km/h) in 16.1 seconds, and could reach a top speed of 260 kilometres per hour (160 mph)

Lamborghini Jalpa
The Lamborghini Jalpa was made by the Italian sportscar manufacturer between 1981 and 1988. It featured a 3.5liter V8 engine and was a basically a modified Lamborghini Silhouette created to make a car that was more affordable to the general public. The Lamborghini Jalpa could do 1-62mph in six seconds with a top speed of 145mph.
When the car hit the market in 1981, the plastic components (bumpers, air intakes and engine cover) were black, and the car carried over the rectangular taillights of the Silhouette. This was changed in 1984 when round taillights were fitted and the black plastic parts were replaced by parts in body color.
In 1988, after falling sales, the new owners, Chrysler, decided to end Jalpa production despite being Lamborghini's most successful V8 car to date having sold 410 units.
