if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .

try use thunder..it very good...i use it now can up to 200KB...is 1MB ..before i use 66 package tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb7 s: P* U; n% X( S& B3 j
