I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps).

+ ~. i- z; Y5 r+ `; S% Hos.tvboxnow.comI am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .

You can try to patch your Half Open port to more higher value. It is a system optimization function included in the thunder.
