Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Versiontvb now,tvbnow,bttvb' c: i  @2 U  W8 _2 o

  x5 f1 d( P% z# O: }os.tvboxnow.comI am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
