Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version0 u6 v5 w) B8 z4 P" |( F# p  ?

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
