[求助]为什么我的BT下载速度那么慢

I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps).1 F4 Z% I$ V1 m' {9 S) ~
$ S$ c) n: O  n4 f
Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version: z& b3 x+ T3 G8 A& C3 P

I am new in this, but why my DL is very slow till (10bytes ~ 2 kbps), but my UP speed higher (10kbps ~ 30kbps) than my DL speed ?

*The movie I download are quite latest / new, the seeds up to 300.

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
