' Q0 D8 z! t% y; JBesides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version

- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.

And pls dont comment my MAX DL and UL speed ... Thanks a lot ^^

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .
