if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .

You can try to patch your Half Open port to more higher value. It is a system optimization function included in the thunder.

try use thunder..it very good...i use it now can up to 200KB...is 1MB ..before i use 66 package tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: X6 t5 g# p7 ?' w; v0 r* B6 p3 o: o
