I am a streamyx user, *RM 66 ( MAX DL 60kbps / UL 60 kbps).

Besides, I download all the BT files by using my 3rd party program (Thunder) <<Latest Version公仔箱論壇( l9 }# I- w$ \2 v4 M& {( G

- I checked all my setting (Thunder) > Option > Max DL spd / Max UL spd [set to unlimited].公仔箱論壇0 `5 \* }1 F8 t; C3 {. e
- No other Download Programs {e.g. FlashGet, BC etc..} running.

if the task that u connect has more local peers, ur d/l will be faster but if u have more remote peer it will be slower. that's one of the reason that affect ur d/l speed .

You can try to patch your Half Open port to more higher value. It is a system optimization function included in the thunder.
