Currently, Installed Microsoft ISA Enterprise 2006, I want to know how to open port in Microsoft ISA for Utorrent?( ]9 M4 x6 A0 t9 j) @9 j$ F/ e  P
I have enable internet access, but do not know how to do the access rule in ISA2006
