My BT was older 1.03 version ,if i want update to 1.07,公仔箱論壇* N1 R6 h( s- j, y+ U
i need uninstall before install a new version??

Nah, I don't think you need to uninstall. You just need to upgrade. It normally asks if you want to upgrade to the new version when you open Bitcommit.
