安裝了.但是安裝i tunes 都是出現同一個問題

是5是裝左呢個就用得到黎裝software?

係, 因为大多数软件都要通过windows installer安装

裝唔到itunes
係咪一定重裝windows 先可以fix 到

如果装佐最新windows installer同重新下载过iTunes都仲有问题, 咁可能要repair windows

pls try to del or move \My Documents\my music\all itunes data , before your install or try to install in safe mode.
