BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，公仔箱論壇; [$ u! I/ X( h2 e2 l: h
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
  M4 X- P( j+ O# _1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.5 ]* V8 @. \) f: E/ P* S
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。  H- W( @/ I: }! v% \* W2 n- Q
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.* @$ A: S# l% n- _6 [
4) The version , you have is not good.) w( a' r- B! o) x% G
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
  G6 O; ^4 U: d7 G, ?, K$ ~- ktvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ M2 _$ ]' D. M4 `6 d

! z/ y0 B/ ?# l: S# l" b7 S. uTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
