BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
9 j3 b, s6 W: a( n0 Q, e1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
: P/ Q. }% h3 W* t5 {公仔箱論壇2) not many people are down loading the same topic.- x$ Z+ U+ _% k' f: g
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
- S) S0 H( h& U4 Z9 s4) The version , you have is not good.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 公仔箱論壇9 k& \6 c  a1 m; z# R5 E0 O  S9 L; S

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
