(1)將材料(1)洗淨,放入容器中,加水蓋過紅豆表面,用大火蒸2小時,瀝乾水份備用。tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb: {; t6 {4 ~, T
(2)將材料(2)放入調理碗中,用打蛋器打至細砂糖與吉利丁融化,加入材料(3)拌至冰塊溶化。
5 O5 \1 n/ j$ s. x(3)最後加入材料(4)及作法(1)的紅豆攪拌均勻,倒入方形模具中,再放入冰箱冷藏,等凝固後倒扣出,再切成菱形狀,裝盤後即可上桌食用。

this receipe requires gelatin, which is a little bit than other which usually use cornstarch, have to try it and see how it taste like.
