There can't possible be a way, the reason being the following:
8 w9 @7 }+ y+ o% a- F- W9 i( Geveryday the person being picked is randomly generated, that means for a person to have 99.99% chance of being picked that takes over 600 days
2 Z2 R& v6 l# p; P5 s0 @' plets just assume only 2 person in the entire group is the unlucky one, and that would case over 4 years of time just to get everybody out in the yard once
