Sometime is the shipper's problem. They use less packing protection in order to save money.
I order from Hobby Link Japan and have no damage yet. (Touch Wood)

You should complain the shipper. You may get some discount next time you order from them.

It's the shipper's problem. from the picture, it appears they use paper for cushion....
They should bubble wrap individual box and then put them into a heavy external box....
This will increase the air freight cost.
