Rmvb convert to dvd

Anyone help???I have already convert alot of rmvb drama,this is the first time I have a problem.
5 w } t1 p6 Z% K0 utvb now,tvbnow,bttvbThe file that i want to convert always stop at 20%.I have try Allok and winavi already but i got the same result!!!
