Burner不认得dvd

Hi anyone help,because my burner 不认得 dvd，我认为 something is blocking my burner.

1.) Reinstall Drivers (Application Recovery)1 S. i+ O) S( j, |: l
2.) Uninstall/Reinstall burning software7 d  _, L1 |; l; y# ]/ q) T
3.) Utilize a previous recovery point; F. n+ y- N# b, ~. H" P
4.) Wipe computer
