（吉隆坡23日訊）針對40歲餐廳經理強姦13歲少女一案，隆雪華堂婦女組說，法定強姦法令旨在保護未成年的少女；如果允許強姦犯迎娶受害者，那簡直就是變相鼓勵強姦，是一種對女權、對兒童權益的傷害，對我國的人權是一個天大的諷刺。

該婦女組主席黃玉珠在文告中說，此案受害者是一名13歲的小女孩，犯案者是一名已婚，擁有4名孩子的40歲男子。從他的言論顯示，此人根本就不承認本身的行為是違法，並在案件鬧上法庭，於開審當天才向伊斯蘭法庭申請要迎娶受害者，他的做法很明顯是想利用宗教途徑和世俗習慣來逃避法律的制裁。; G7 Q0 F- a" l) f5 Z
“13歲的小女孩不可能懂得甚麼｀你情我願’，她也不懂得保護自己及分析性行為所帶來的嚴重後果。因此，該組認為社會有義務保護女孩，法律工作者也必須認真看待這種刻意的婚姻，避免讓強姦犯有機可乘，利用這種安排蹂躪女孩的尊嚴。＂

agreee.... in this case, this should be sentenced as RAPE case... the rapist should be kena punish and whip first.... otherwise, those icthy rapist keep using the religion issue to escape from punishment...
