　　歌迷引颈以待的演唱会，歌后叶蒨文阔别七年再踏红馆，2012年9月21日至24日举行一连四晚《叶蒨文完全是你演唱会》。永不言休的叶蒨文除了带来多首经典歌曲如「焚心以火」、「潇洒走一回」、「祝福」、「信自己」、「秋去秋来」、「情人知己」外，也翻唱了西方的歌曲。Sally为了演唱会更挑战拉丁舞，还特别邀来两位资深俄罗斯老师教授舞蹈。最后Sally唱出「福气」一曲以答谢歌迷多年来的爱护。

　　《叶蒨文完全是你演唱会》以蓝光影碟发行，随碟特别收录演唱会製作特辑和新歌「精挑细选」MV。

Semi-retired Canto-pop diva Sally Yeh made her glorious comeback to the stage in September 2012 with her Sally Is Intimately Yours concerts. Held at the Hong Kong Coliseum, where she was a constant fixture in the 1990s and last played there seven years ago, the highly anticipated concerts brought back memories with a string of Sally's heartfelt love songs and groovy dance numbers.
