Download did not run...........ergent!!s.o.s

i have download a lot of file,but suddenly  two of the file did not run anymore.There stop at 2.64GB but the file is actually 3.41GB. Upload is no problem.os.tvboxnow.com# j( G) n8 z! }+ E+ g6 _& Y9 n5 _8 ~
Can anyone help...anyone have experience?????Please!
