雲吞麵 is the best noodle in the world.(Canton style)! f0 s" t8 m. g1 b) j" x) N
Traditional way of making noodle is impossible in Toronto.
2 c+ U8 v! o" V: w$ J/ a雲吞 is easy, only shrimp and porks.
* E, B1 n; h4 [2 m# I. [" uBroth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.! x0 V& N, I, S, n6 f
Average price here for a bowl of 雲吞麵 is C$4-5
