雲吞 is easy, only shrimp and porks., S4 J% }$ P3 d; M8 ?4 p
Broth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.
