Would any C-hing be so kind to help me as I cannot open/access to the Internet Explorer (Google can be opened); maybe I have committed a virus, please teach me how to remove/delete the virus ? Thanks very much !
Firstly, uninstall any potential unwanted software or search engine. Second. download and install Malwarebytes to scan and clean viruses(if any). Lastly download and install Ccleaner to clean your registry and reset IE setting. If the problem still persist, download and install Adwcleaner and Junkfile Removal Tool(JRT) to scan and clean potential unwanted program(PUP) again. You can try download and install the latest IE and see it fixes or not.
