《海洋》是一部以环保为主题的纪录片，由法国导演雅克·贝汉执导，全片讲述了地球上有四分之三的陆地被海洋覆盖，雅克导演将深入探索这个幽深而富饶的神秘世界，完整地呈现海洋的壮美辽阔。该片制作费高达70亿日元(约合人民币5亿)，创下了迄今为止制作费用最高的纪录片。该片将于2010年1月22日在日本上映。
由宫泽理惠担当日语版解说的法国纪录片《海洋》(Oceans)11月26日在东京举行公开录音记者会。刚刚在09年5月生下一个儿子的宫泽，产后身材恢复得相当出色，言语中都流露出母性的温馨感。
　作为产后复工的第一部电影，满脸洋溢着幸福表情的宫泽表示：“孩子出生的那一刻，我感到无比幸福和激动。看到宝宝一天天的成长变化，每天都会带给我惊喜，令我开心不已。”而对于前绯闻男友市川海老藏在近日完婚一事，宫泽大方地微笑回应：“祝他们幸福！”
