希望製作出故事性與主題性並重且富有內涵的電視劇。在創作時，
女主角是除了松雪泰子之外不做他想的設定，在與松雪熱烈討論演出時終於實現合作的夢想。

松雪泰子表示「這是個沉重的題材，但我對於`母性`的表現深有同感。
因為我每天也是一邊養兒育女、一邊體驗著人生百態。這是很珍貴的經驗，讓我每天都在學習。
期待在這部作品裡可以捕捉住`母性`的光輝且表現出來。」
