節目介紹：
以虛構的「濠港市」為背景（影射 1990 年代的香港與澳門）。
剛正不阿的法官秦譽（張家輝飾），其獨子秦一唯（曾向鎮飾）開車撞傷了黑幫老大韓奎龍（林嘉華飾）的長子。
為了保護兒子免受黑幫報復與法律制裁，秦譽選擇隱瞞真相、消滅證據。
此舉引發黑幫腥風血雨的報復，而嫉惡如仇的女督察唐萱（胡杏兒飾）則緊追不捨，誓要查出幕後真相，引發一場正邪與人性的角力。
