If they reply politely and give detailed answers, I feel more relaxed. I also check if the lenses have any blue light filter or anti-reflection coating. In the past I have wasted money on items that looked good in photos but felt cheap in real life. Metal can feel more premium, but acetate can be more comfortable for long wear. Price is important to me, but quality and comfort are even more important in the long run. Comfort around the heel and toes is more important than super fancy design. Otherwise they become clutter in the closet after the trend is over. I think sharing honest feedback helps other buyers avoid the same mistakes. Of course shipping delays can happen, but good communication reduces stress. Many people do not mind waiting if they understand what is going on.
