節目有別於傳統廚藝比賽，當中會有「隨機抽籤」，每集由兩位名廚喺未知主題下進行Battle。
抽籤內容大致有三大類別，分別係「食材」、「廚具」、「情境」，大考廚師廚藝同創意之餘，同時亦盡展佢哋嘅急才、幽默感同埋應變能力！
