《全民這星V》完了，有參賽者歸於平淡了，又有參賽者想繼續演藝夢，向偶像之路繼續進發…7位造星囝囝，包括：樂庭、貓仔、王鋒、Adams、Hei、Taco、Stick，他們各有所長，各有吸引之處，亦各有不足，各有缺點，但他們全無包袱，接受造星再培訓，由唱歌、跳舞、演戲、綜藝、主持等等多方面重新訓練，揠苗助長，盡地一煲。
