《哲仁王后》（韓語：철인왕후／哲仁王后，英語：Mr. Queen），為韓國tvN於2020年12月12日起播出的週末連續劇，改編自2015年《太子妃升職記》，由《花郎》尹成植導演與《監獄醫生》朴繼玉編劇合作拍攝。本劇講述生活在自由的現代大韓民國的男人－青瓦台的廚師張奉煥的靈魂穿越到朝鮮王朝時代王宮內哲宗（金正賢飾）的王妃金昭容（申惠善飾）體內後所展開的故事。
台灣由friDay影音12月13日起每週日、一早上10點獨家上線。香港由Viu自12月12日起每週六日深夜上線。
