香港開電視首次舉辦嶄新的大型音樂競選節目，為有表演夢想的年輕人提供專業培訓，藉意想不到的比賽方式發掘全能表演者！全港觀眾投票見證，為香港打造全方位新星！＜青春集訓基地＞ – 節目組將投資過百萬打造－香港首次出現、參賽者專屬的青春集訓基地，全方位披露其生活、訓練及表演過程！＜多元化培訓及改造＞ – 參賽者將接受由歌唱及跳舞老師提供之培訓。節目組亦會邀請專業化妝師、髮型及服裝指導為參賽者進行形象大改造。＜星級嘉賓＞ – 當紅藝人將擔任星級嘉賓，為參賽者提供專業指導，助一眾青春追夢者踏上人生大舞台！＜龐大評審團＞ – 節目設有由線上、線下組成的龐大評審團，包括網絡觀眾群及資深音樂人，線上線下共同投票決定賽果！
