本劇是以電視台作為背景的故事。申東宇是電視台有名氣的導演，是絕對的工作狂，只專注於與電視劇有關的事情，甚至除了工作外，就幾乎沒有生活和朋友。相對於強者申東宇，河道娜和金範宇的工作運就差很遠，一位是同期都成為了導演，自己還是一個副導演的潦倒製作人，另一位更是預備了七年，仍然未可以出道的演員，究竟這三位際遇截然不同的演藝人間，會發生怎樣的火花呢?
