劇中，尹施允飾演的，包括一名是有五次前科的小混混韓江浩，一名是優秀的法官韓秀浩，他們是一對前世掉亂骨頭的雙胞胎。從小，江浩的成績就沒有秀浩的好，什麼都被天才一樣的哥哥比下去。一次，目擊哥哥被欺凌的江浩出手相助打起架來，中途差點搞出人命，怎料秀浩作假證陷害弟弟，把他關進牢裏，媽媽卻只信任優秀的哥哥，從此江浩的人生就像在溝渠掙扎一樣，成為徹頭徹尾的小混混。兩兄弟十年間不從往來，江浩卻突然要代替失蹤的哥哥成為法官，到底怎麼一回事？
