李賢旭(Rain飾)是「AnA演藝公司」的社長兼作曲家，曾創作過無數熱門大賣的歌曲。三年前在一次意外令他失去戀人尹素恩，自此他把自己封閉起來，並放棄了音樂，直到遇上素恩的妹妹尹世娜(鄭秀晶飾)。
世娜跟姐姐一樣熱愛音樂，夢想成為一名作曲家，姐姐去世後獨自來到首爾追尋音樂夢。然而她為了掙錢到處打工，令自己變得疲憊不堪，意志也變得消沉，直至遇上賢旭。賢旭隱瞞着自己跟素恩的關係接近世娜，本來只打算幫助她的生活，但世娜對音樂的天賦讓他大為驚嘆。為了幫助世娜完成夢想，賢旭回到音樂界，並讓世娜創作出一首價值二千萬元的歌曲。
一個因過去的傷痛而一度放棄音樂的作曲家、一個因意志消沉而差點放棄夢想的音樂天才，互相鼓勵，重新踏上音樂之路，並展開新的人生。
