The colors of sunset is rich but peaceful.. w1 Q% \' |4 }, X
The colors of sunrise from dark to bright suggesting vibrant and energy.( e4 b+ E+ Z# h: s/ k' v  Y9 n) w
Whether you just sit there to witness the changes or do meditation/exercise during this 陰陽轉換的時刻 is beneficial to your mind and body.
