節目簡介, j/ e6 H( a# P1 V& k) \! E
　　Running Man 是韓國SBS電視臺周末娛樂節目《星期天真好》新的版塊，是韓國著名主持人劉在石自‘家族誕生’第一季結束后時隔五個月接手的SBS新藝能節目，作為劉在石的SBS藝能節目回歸之作，running man致力于打造一個不同于過去real variety的新型態娛樂節目。可以說是SBS賭上自尊心的新藝能節目。2010年7月11日起作為‘星期日真好-1部’播放。節目通過組隊遊戲取得金幣或running ball 最后決定勝者，輸的一隊將接受懲罰。節目由劉在石，池石鎮，HAHA，金鐘國等搞笑性、藝能性極高的藝人主持。
