（吉隆坡23日訊）針對40歲餐廳經理強姦13歲少女一案，隆雪華堂婦女組說，法定強姦法令旨在保護未成年的少女；如果允許強姦犯迎娶受害者，那簡直就是變相鼓勵強姦，是一種對女權、對兒童權益的傷害，對我國的人權是一個天大的諷刺。

該婦女組主席黃玉珠在文告中說，此案受害者是一名13歲的小女孩，犯案者是一名已婚，擁有4名孩子的40歲男子。從他的言論顯示，此人根本就不承認本身的行為是違法，並在案件鬧上法庭，於開審當天才向伊斯蘭法庭申請要迎娶受害者，他的做法很明顯是想利用宗教途徑和世俗習慣來逃避法律的制裁。
“13歲的小女孩不可能懂得甚麼｀你情我願’，她也不懂得保護自己及分析性行為所帶來的嚴重後果。因此，該組認為社會有義務保護女孩，法律工作者也必須認真看待這種刻意的婚姻，避免讓強姦犯有機可乘，利用這種安排蹂躪女孩的尊嚴。＂! |0 V8 V4 ?$ }

她說，該婦女組於去年曾針對兩起法定強姦案，因被告的個人因素而被法庭輕判提出抗議，並號召約50個團體聯署備忘錄後，呈交給時任首相署部長拿督斯里納茲裡，並獲該部長承諾會採納該組的建議，嚴厲看待所有法定強姦案件。# h$ P1 y; D1 W1 p3 ]9 [& A/ ]
她續稱，該名幹案者的做法是藐視人權，欺壓弱少，無視法律的存在。一旦被接受將成為一項錯誤示範，讓後來者仿效。

First of all there is no need to drag race or religion into this issue.

簡直是無法無天，所以說把宗教加進法律里，法律的漏洞只會更大
