做法:

Method :
! H4 X0 E/ S4 y$ j: G, k01. Steam the yam and mash into paste while it is warm. Add Ingredients A, and while it is still warm, use your hands to roll it until a smooth texture is achieved. Chill the paste in a refrigerator for 2 hours until it hardens.: g5 f( }) ^+ m# P# j& J: Y
02. Pour Ingredients B into a big bowl, mix well with your hands untilit becomes glutinous. Divide and shape into 15 pieces of shrimp balls,set aside.: x2 Z4 I* V  W/ r, b
