三歲自閉童爬窗墮樓亡

(星島日報報道)患自閉及活躍症三歲男童，昨在香港仔住所，趁外婆在廚房煮飯，疑偷偷開鐵閘離家，走到大廈後梯，攀上梯間一個沒有窗花的氣窗窗台看街景，疑失平衡跌出窗外，由十八樓飛墮四樓平台慘死，父母聞噩耗悲痛欲絕，死者外婆涉嫌疏忽照顧孩童，被警方拘捕助查。

　　香港仔發生男童在大廈後梯疑攀窗墮樓喪生慘劇，死者外婆涉疏忽照顧被捕。喪生男童姓羅（三歲），與父親（約三十歲）、姓葉母親（二十四歲）及姓張外婆（五十六歲），同住南寧街七號香港仔中心美豐閣十八樓一單位，據悉羅童患有自閉及活躍症，需接受治療，事發時，羅童父母不在家，屋裏只有婆孫兩人，由婆婆負責照顧他。

　　外婆涉疏忽照顧被捕

　　死者墮樓的梯間氣窗，位於十八樓與十九樓之間後樓梯牆壁上，高約一米，闊約半米，並有深約半米窗台，但沒有安裝窗花，窗台距離梯級約一米高，但窗台與梯級之間有樓梯扶手，梯級愈向上，距離窗台愈近，孩童只要利用梯間扶手便可攀上窗台。

　　昨晨十一時許，外婆正在廚房煮午膳，羅童獨自在客廳玩耍，由於煮食產生油煙，外婆打開木門，僅關上鐵閘，讓空氣流通，油煙消散，其間羅童疑趁外婆不覺，自行開啟鐵閘走出屋外，推開後樓梯防煙門，走進後樓梯玩耍。

　　警方調查後懷疑男童由十八樓後梯拾級而上，走到十八樓與十九樓之間梯級，被牆上氣窗吸引，疑借助梯間扶手攀上氣窗的窗台，爬到已半開的窗口觀看街景，疑上身失平衡，撞開玻璃窗，跌出窗外，由十八樓飛墮大廈四樓平台，當場頭破血流重傷昏迷，奄奄一息。

　　失衡由18樓墮四樓平台

　　正在廚房煮飯的外婆，聽聞平台傳來巨響，憑窗下望，赫見外孫倒臥平台，大驚下報警，並趕往平台查看，大廈其他住客亦發現有小童墮樓，通知保安員報警。

　　消防及救護人員到場，發覺羅童重傷昏迷，脈搏與呼吸微弱，立即替其進行心外壓急救，並以氣泵助其呼吸，外婆見孫兒重傷，情緒激動，需由女警安慰，羅童急送瑪麗醫院搶救，但延至中午十二時十分不治。

　　母聞噩耗激動落淚

　　死者父母趕至醫院驚聞噩耗，顯得十分悲痛，羅母激動落淚，需由丈夫安慰，由於她情緒不穩，院方安排社工及醫護人員給予輔助和勸解，並將他們帶往靜室休息。

　　警方封鎖現場調查，由鑑證科人員從後梯欄杆、牆壁及氣窗套取指模，並向死者外婆查問，以涉嫌疏忽照顧兒童將其拘捕，並由一男一女親友陪同往警署助查，列作有人意外墮樓死亡案處理。至昨晚，死者外婆獲准保釋外出，下月中向警方報到。

That man spoke in an arrogant voice, it made many people leave the meeting immediately because they couldn't resist his voice.
