今年的春节是艳阳高照，不少人都觉得这是上天少有的恩赐，对这个暖冬深怀感激。谁知老天爷竟开了个大玩笑，来了个冬天难露脸，露脸就不收。整个曲靖市从初春以来不仅滴水未降，而且除少许多云天气外，大都是赤日炎炎，地表水大量蒸发，全市小水库几尽干涸，重要的饮水源保障库容，如曲靖市麒麟区的潇湘水库（供50万市区人口生活用水）、马龙县黄草坪水库（主供全县20万人生活用水）等仅及正常年份的五分之一，目前正值栽插时节，因无水可灌，不少水田都只有荒着。曲靖市不仅是云南省举足轻重的工业大市，更是首屈一指的农业大市，旱情对工农业生产影响巨大，因旱小春作物基本绝收已成定局，据气象预报，要到五月底才会有雨，旱情正呈加剧态势发展。

云南大旱六十年未遇；曲靖大旱百年未遇。生产用水告急、生活用水告急，首当其冲的是农业告急、农村告急、农民告急。曲靖市马龙县石龙村是个依山傍水的村庄，在几乎每一个人的记忆中，都没有今天这样对水的祈盼那么强烈，多位80多岁的老人都说从未有过如此断水的经历，也没听过上辈人说过，总之，村边的小河沟干涸了，附近的积水潭见底了，莫说庄稼没法打理，就是全村200多户、500多人的生活用水都得从十里外拉运，这样的日子已经持续了两个月，每天早晚，孩子和老人都要早早的排队守候拉水车的到来。

看到新聞說這次旱災上千萬人受災 ,春耕種不到 ,有些地方連飲用水也快沒了 ,情況非常嚴俊~9 `) d  S( C* [% Y. N
看到這麼多人受災 ,令人感到很憂心~

People are crying and helpless. What can the people do? Blame on the sky/god? We need to do something for ourself.That is climate problem,save our earth.

Heart breaking scenes, seeing the cracked earth, lines of buckets, old and young patiently waiting for their turn, looking so worried.  Yet its quite ironic that there are still so many climate change skeptics.  They should all have these pictures stuck on their windscreen.  Hope the rain will come soon. ~sigh~
