經Volvo dealer檢查後證實VVT Hub壞
車主覺得貴，於是將車送了過來給我更換
點知更換以上零件係需要一套專門工具
無辦法，唯有去買，點知套工具的價錢同我收的人工無乜分別
唉！白做添，無計啦，都接左，唔通叫人攞返架車走咩
以下係更換VVT hub的manual同大家分享下

首先睇下個vvt hub先

再睇下套工具，用晒我D人工去買

拆開晒timing belt cover之後見到我所講的vvt hub及intake cam pully

之後跟著就要拆engine後面，用工具鎖死兩條cam shaft

拆之前

拆左之後碼上工具

動我拆出兩隻牙喇，點解要拆兩隻呀？因為順手換埋2個oil seal

大家睇到兩隻pully了
右邊1隻D螺絲窿唔係圓形的，這意味著這是可調較cam牙，而左手面的vvt hub跟本上無"機"對，點轉都得，舊的一隻還有個mark可以對下，新的一隻還mark都無個，玩死，你話無套工具又點搞好，如果無manual睇的話，可以好大聲講，一定中招
拆開晒之後見到咁樣都唔知點埋尾，好彩買晒零件返黎睇發覺隻hub咁嘅，馬上睇manual，再四出搵工具，唔係的話就死路一條，背硬黑鑊
這架車就連教timing tension都搞鬼過人(睇返#1最後張圖)

睇下隻tensioner先

放好晒較tension先，要用六角猒匙較啱個tension再上實粒螺絲

較完tension之後就要記得上實兩隻cam牙，跟著做乜就唔洗多講啦

ai...I hope u can use that tool again.. otherwise the tool will only sit on the tool box and collect dust.. because volvo is not a popluar car anymore...

之前上網搵過下相關資料，發覺有人投訴換完timing belt之後著engine light，所以套工具都唔擔心會長期sitting in tool box

多少钱哪个ＳＰＥＣＩＡＬＴＯＯＬ？
这个工具不时换ＳＥＡＬ，ＴＩＭＩＮＧ　ＢＥＬＴ都要用的吗？

換seal就必須要用
