簡介:

然而，EmilyKmetko（ChelseaHobbs扮演）的出現改變了體操隊的現狀——這位獲得獎學金的優秀選手很快成了教練Marty（ErikPalladino扮演）的新寵，並飛速成為隊中的黑馬。其他女孩開始對Emily產生不滿，特別是Lauren，處處都要和Emily作對。即便出了體操館，Emily的麻煩也沒有結束。她的母親（SusanWard扮演）心浮氣躁，而且揮霍無度，又沒有正式工作，迫使Emily不得不利用所有課餘時間在當地匹薩店打工賺錢。

其他女孩也有自己的家庭煩惱。 Payson的父母（PeriGilpin、BrettCullen扮演）一直擔心女兒壓力過大，沒少嘮叨；Kaylie的父母（RosaBlasi、JasonManuelOlazabal扮演）只對女兒是否能成名感興趣；Lauren的父親、岩石體操館的主要投資人（AnthonyStarke扮演）為了讓女兒擠進三甲名單，不惜動用一切手段。

Marty對這班女弟子頒布了一道禁令：在訓練期間，禁止與男孩約會。但這約束不了一向嬌生慣養的Kaylie，她和一位同在體操館訓練的男選手（ZacharyBurrAbel）秘密好上了。 Emily則同時引起了兩位男孩的注意（其中一位是Kaylie的哥哥）。
