有兩匹馬參加騎術比賽，但比賽規則是以最遲到達終點的馬匹而勝出，所以騎師們為了勝利都不肯跑第一，要怎樣才能使騎師們落力比賽呢？

Allow them to whip the other horse (Not their own horse). ( y8 B3 Q% B% B; P
If one jockey whip harder, the other horse will run faster to the Finish Point.
So he can win because his horse is slow.
Please take this answer too! It is also reasonable and no need to switch jockey.
