why my computer auto restars with my using screen saver tht with autorestast? mycomputer model is compaq v3971 windows vista home editon?

close the screen saver.

and the screen saver u using is original or download at website ?

but using the winXp can , but using vista h.basic cant.....and 1 more is the microphone and sperker both got sound?

means your screensaver only support win xp and not win vista...

i plug in the microphone ...speaker and earphone also got sound.

u plug headphone and speaker together ?!
actually headphone and speaker cant plug together
if not will come out weird sound
u can only plug one once a time...

no... is my earphone can use mic one ,but i plug in pink and green togather my sperker and my earphone oso got sound.

dun care earphone or headphone...
one pc only can audio output one hardware....

no... i means is my notebook speaker and my headphone come out the sound lolZ!! normal is i plug in headphone onli headphone got sound one now 2 oso come out sound?

how come your laptop will come out sound together ?!
maybe your sound driver install not correctly...
try to uninstall and find new driver to install it...

if is the right driver try go to control panel to setting the sound..

the reason is vista format to xp problems...
u must find the right driver to install it...
too many driver is suitable for xp...
try to find other audio driver to install it...

then can download from HP website..

try to find few more driver to solve it...
i meet this kind of problems oso bcoz vista transfer to xp
if vista never meet before

sometimes v3791's driver are not compatible , u can try download from another series of v3700 driver to install.

do you mean you can heard yourself in windows vista?

if you want to take this off

right click on the volume control under taskbar-->recording device-->double click on Micphone-->under tab Listen-->uncheck "Listen to this device"
