標題: 一般上等streamyx的port要等几久？？ [打印本頁]

小弟在一星期前在TmPoint申请了streamyx。。。但是现在电话已经来了而streamyx就还没来。。。
我就打去问TM。。。怎知道哪里却说我这地区没有port。。。os.tvboxnow.com+ B5 v$ Z3 W& H3 t8 }
大哥啊没有port怎么不在我申请的时候早说呢？os.tvboxnow.com( \4 l+ Y ?3 y6 {9 n
请问各位如果没有port的话我需要登几久？tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb# c$ q( h, Y0 y& Z' [ f
我接下来给怎么做？

Last time i also met this problem, i wait 1 month++. My advise is keep follow up with the TMNET, and alway call them & ask them when will add the port in your area.

我等了2moth才有，但我已申请了maxis的，还有contract的，唉。。。。

Jerry 大哥，tm 是说你那整个地区，全部人都没有port 的？还是你那区，暂时没有多余的 port 给你？
这个东西真的有很大的分别的。前者就只有叹息，后者就还可以期待。

We refer to your port availability issue, we received a feedback from the respective department and we would like to inform you that the port will available on 30th November 2008./ K" W$ U! B {8 ^% U
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% G* t+ N8 Y% P
We hope that the above explaination will revert to your query

direct call to tm center, talk to supervisor, don't communicate with operator, they's useless rubbish,' R& F1 G+ d7 ]% k
ask the supervisor , why yours area not enough port then still open to let ppl apply, request the supervisor give u a reasonable letter and u tell him , better settle it before end of this month... tm operator is just only let angry ppl tiu, wan settle problem direct talk to supervisor... ask them pass the line to CMD department talk to supervisor
