U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s. o0 q5 I0 h# J* O/ T5 o- Y! `+ r

If it is KB/s then it is decent. : t, q9 d4 ~- {/ x+ Y

If it is Kb/s then you certainly can tweek Utorent.% P* ?* U4 o3 z1 ]: E- k; D

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6. ; b( ~. ~. a0 k3 H!
