some noise on pic #3. ISO?

Yes. the 3rd and 4th one, i don't have tripod. Use Auto ISO with my hand in very dark environment. I believe its ISO6400. No good.

The second one with tripod, so i can use low ISO.

What is the highest ISO your camera supported? Normally don't use highest setting.

It's 60D (APC). The highest ISO is 6400 and 12800 (boosted).

The Lens is 24-70mm, f2.8.

Thinking to upgrade to 70D.

Personally, I don't think night shot should be that bright.
Noisy is another problem.
