要一個capture 既免安裝軟件.......但要有sticky 功能 (即 cap 左個圖之後, 可以 make it on top of the desktop,  即使開其他軟件都, cap 圖都照睇到)
captureWiz pro 做到呢個功能, 但我要免安裝版~~
