Method:

Mix with dried Oregano, Basil and Thyme - 4 tbsps.  Spread over bread.  Bake for 6-9 minutes until golden.

MARINADE:
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white wine
4 large garlic cloves1 Q: {/ A7 e' h* a0 r
1 tbsp. dried rosemary$ f& S9 x; g' Z0 a$ F

Salt to taste

Method:
Skin the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken. Press the rosemary and garlic into the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees or barbeque until done.
