做法:

1. 奶油白醬:將奶油倒入鍋中,用中小火煮溶後加入麵粉拌勻。

1. To make the creamy white sauce, melt the butter in a pan over low tomedium heat. Stir in the self-raising flour and mix well.

Stir in the shrimps and sauté them.
