火龍果1個 (去皮，切塊)，香蕉2條 (剝皮，切段)，溫水300毫升，蜜糖1 1/2湯匙tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb. @& \( U) u% t! f+ b4 W. t J' U

做法：
1. 將火龍果和香蕉同放入果汁機中，加入溫水打勻成汁，倒入杯中，加入蜜糖調味，即可飲用。

INGREDIENTS
1 dragon fruit (peeled, cut into chunks), 2 bananas (peeled, sliced), 300ml warm water, 1 1/2 tbsps honey

METHOD
1. Place the dragon fruits and bananas into a blender. Add warm waterto blend until the banana and dragon fruit mixture is mushed. Pour thejuice into a glass. Add honey to enhance flavour, and serve.
