1. Heat the wok, add oil and wait for the temperature to rise. Put themarinated sliced pork in slowly and fry until golden brown. Set asidefor later use.$ E+ |9 M6 [! i$ W

3. Heat the wok, switch to small flame and melt butter. Stir in thesalted egg yolk, add the fried sliced pork prepared earlier. Stir-fryto mix well and dish out to serve.
