天布羅粉......100公克( u* `4 g: _9 U# z9 \5 ?+ _$ B
清水......160毫升; }4 E2 G$ f$ N. t! p9 g4 y
食油......半鍋,酥炸備用

+ y& [; c+ F6 C/ p0 S01. 將蓮藕洗淨、抹干水份後,切薄片,待用。
+ a  ^7 D* K$ f# t+ ~6 K02. 將天布羅粉及清水混合均勻成麵糊後,加入蓮藕片拌均。0 i: M9 D  j. ]
03. 準備好熱油後,用中火酥炸蓮藕片至半熟,接著再轉大火至呈黃金色,即可盛起,放在吸油紙上,待用。
3 J# b7 w# a# U04. 熱開鍋後,倒入2湯匙食油燒熱,倒入所有的材料B,煮成濃稠醬汁,即可盛起,倒在蓮藕片上,即可上桌。

01. Clean the lotus root, pat dry excess water, cut into thin slices and set aside.

golden brown. Dish up, place on paper towels. Set aside.
4 z% F3 H* D0 u7 _8 W1 }/ P04. Preheat the wok, add 2 tbsps of cooking oil and heat up. Pour allof the Ingredients B and simmer until it becomes a viscous sauce. Pourthis sauce onto the fried lotus roots and serve.
