If can, better re-format and re-install again the whole OS system to 32bit.

have u try to cotact the printer manufacturer to enquire or request a win 64 bit driver.

No way for you to downgrade win7 x64 to win 7 x86. If you don't want to reinstall, you can try to install virtual machine. VMware Player allow run multiple operating systems at the same time on your PC. no need to downgrade. 64 bit supports 32 bit software/driver.
